WHY CAN'T YOU SEND ME A QUOTE AND ESTIMATED TIME OF COMPLETION IF I SENT YOU A PHOTO VIA EMAIL OR DESCRIBED THE ITEM TO YOU BY PHONE?
Over the last 30+ years in business, we learned that giving a quote without letting us see the item in-person usually ended up with some level of disappointment for the customer.
Clothing varies a ton in details. An image or description doesn't always reflect the full extent of the job (i.e., fabric types, liners beneath the surface, garment's tolerance for alterations).
In addition, getting your item measured in the store almost always ensures better accuracy.
This is why we sincerely mean it when we say there's no pressure to stay with us. This is the best way for us to give you the accurate pricing and schedule you seek.
DO I NEED TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?
No.
Appointments are only needed for wedding dresses, and we are not accepting any more at this time.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
Bring in the garment you need altered: No need to pin or measure anything in advance.
Bring the shoes you want to wear with the outfit.
You'll step into the fitting room and get changed.
Then you'll come out and step onto the pedestal. We'll pin the item so that we know where to make the adjustments.
Then you're done and on your way!
